How to view survey results in Constant Contact? ›

Although there is no limit, it's always important to keep in mind we do charge based on the amount of active contacts in your account. So as your contact levels increase, so will your monthly charge.

Mailchimp tends to be a better choice than Constant Contact if you're cost-conscious, need advanced reporting features, and want more extensive automation and A/B testing. However, if deliverability rates, ease of use, and customer service really matter to you, Constant Contact may be the best choice for you.

Features: Constant Contact offers better list management, landing pages, surveys and automation tools. Ease of use: iContact is easier to get started with while Constant Contact provides more customization options.

To get the most honest and unbiased feedback from your surveys, refrain from imbuing personal opinions into questions. Avoid framing survey questions that influence respondents to answer a certain way. Be clear and concise. Keep your language simple to avoid misinterpretation.

Constant Contact allows multiple users to work together using a single account. To accommodate multiple users, Constant Contact uses user roles and privileges. User roles are types of users in Constant Contact that have collections of privileges associated with them.

Let's say an account has a monthly send allowance of 10x their contact tier and has 1,500 contacts during the billing cycle, so the highest number of contacts in their contact tier is 2,500. This makes the email send allowance 25,000 sends.

During your free trial, you can create campaigns and test them out with up to 100 email sends total (an email sent to one unique contact = one send, so an email sent to 10 contacts = 10 sends).

Although Constant Contact is more than sufficient for smaller companies, we usually recommend HubSpot to our clients. This is because we always encourage people to strive for growth. Though you may not need all of HubSpot's features right away, why limit yourself?

Constant Contact's email delivery rate is one of the highest in the industry at 97%. That means more of your emails landing where you want them — in your customers' inboxes.

Constant Contact is easy to use and integrate with other online services, but its feature set is notably aimed at small businesses. This positions it somewhat behind our more robust and flexible Editors' Choice winners, Brevo, Campaigner, and Mailchimp.

You can also have an automated email series trigger to send when a contact engages with a specific email, such as opening it, clicking a specific link, or clicking any link. This is a great option if you want to automatically send relevant follow-up emails to customers who show interest in a certain topic.

To add an action that changes contact status, do the following: Click Chatbot in the left toolbar. Create or open a chatbot. Click + Add Action under the desired chatbot response.

With Constant Contact's Survey Pages, it's easy to create and share a survey to help better understand your customers' demographics, interests, preferences, or feelings about your organization.

Go to https://survey123.arcgis.com?portalUrl=https://host.domain.com/webadaptor (where host, domain, and webadaptor are replaced by information about your portal) and click Sign In. Under the title for your survey, click the Data button.

View results

Sign in to Google Surveys. Click the survey you want to view on the survey dashboard. Click the text of any question to see individual question results. Keep in mind that the responses reported for each question include all users who answered that question, even if they did not complete the survey.
