Thank you Kroger's. I just want to put a big shout out to Jacob. He is a cashier and he took his own money out of his pocket so us Teachers at Valley Ranch Academy could have drinks. Very rarely do you see this anymore. Thanks for hiring people that go way beyond. PRICELESS

Popped in for fill ins, and they had what I wanted . We still have to go to HEB for balance. Some of their items are just too pricey .

My favorite grocery store. Workers are friendly and helpful. Always have many registers open and store is really clean.

They have everything but so expensive
Kroger is all good except that pharmacy has a lot of problems
Wish they could fix it instead of stearing people away. Ligit people really need their meds. I still respect u Kroger an please fix tha pharmacy especially for the elderly an sick which I'm part of.

We did the grocery pick up this morning and Alishia with purple hair packed our vehicle for us. Over the last few months we have done a lot of store pickups from lots of stores and no one has been as polite or packed our vehicle as well as she did today. My wife and I were both very impressed with her care and strategic packing of our groceries.

Robin observed me overheated as I came in the door. Immediately, she rushed over a glass of ice water from Starbucks. She genuinely cared for me as if I were her own child. I was fine, but this was a sweet and memorable experience. (I was meeting a client to deliver a painting, and Robin was extremely sweet to her as well)!

The employees are awesome! A wide variety and deep stock of merchandise, from fruit and meat to sweaters and jeans, it’s an amazing place to shop.
WARNING: Expect to be there for couple of hours and wear your most comfortable shoes!

Barbara at the pharmacy is so sweet and helpful! I called and my 2 yo son was talking tin the background and she was never annoyed or frustrated. She made sure his medication was going to be ready within the hour.

Their click list department is wonderful. If you have not tried it you should. The store overall has the kindness and most friendly staff out of our local grocery stores.

I went there after church today, looking for butterscotch syrup. I need it to use in a recipe for my birthday tomorrow, and have been searching for it everywhere. I saw that it was in stock at this location, but was having difficulty locating it. An employee, Tera, overhead my exasperated voice and came over to me to ask what it was I was searching for. She helped me locate it, and I was ecstatic to find it! Shout out to Tera for being that employee that goes above and beyond to assist in the helping of others. She was also very friendly. I appreciated it so much!

Pharmacy and store was clean. Employees are helpful. This store is q lot bigger than their others and they have a huge variety of items.

I normally shop here every week. Nate is one of our favorite associates to see. Always so friendly and helpful. Thank you for your help… even when it’s me or my gf that screws up the self checkout lol.

The store is great, I never have an issue but there is a kid that works the click list pick up who is just amazing. I believe his name is Matt. He goes above and beyond. He is incredibly polite, is always trying to save me money. If he can’t find the item I ordered he gets the more expensive version for the same price. He’s just very pleasant and seems so happy to do his job.

Honestly, I love this Kroger! It has amazing workers who have been nothing but friendly and polite. They have amazing deals on fruits, and they are fresh as well! There organic section is also really good! I've never once seen the store dirty, and I've always enjoyed going here. The plus side? They have a Starbucks.

I want to take the time out to Thank the Staff at the New Caney Krogers Store for being so awesome when it comes to customer service. Isybel is one of the nicest store clerks I have ever meet. I hope that her boss sees this post so he know what a great person and hard worker she is.
