We are following the guidance of state and local health requirements as well as adding our own protocols that include sanitizing all surfaces, making entry contactless and rotating our menu and food service to ensure limited contact.

We have updated our menu and food service in order for you to experience the same premium quality dishes while maintaining your health and safety. The menu is available in the lounge as well as online on the lounge’s location page.

If you have paid for and booked a space in advance, you may cancel online using the link in your confirmation email. You may also contact us at uscustomersupport@escapelounges.com to cancel.

Yes, we are honoring all Groupons that expired during the temporary closure of our lounges in April 2020 due to COVID-19. Your expired Groupon will be accepted through July 2022. To use your Groupon, please have your Groupon email confirmation, boarding pass and ID ready upon arrival.

No, the Escape Lounges - The Centurion® Studio Partner is open to everyone regardless of the airline or class of service flown.

Children under 24 months receive free entry.

We currently do not offer memberships.

Our US Lounges are now cashless! Payment is available by card only.

All major credit cards are accepted. All sales are final.

The dress code in the lounge is smart casual. You should avoid wearing any clothing with slogans that might cause offence, shorts above the knee, and men must keep their shoulders covered. Reasonable behavior is expected from all Escape Lounges - The Centurion® Studio Partner guests – Lounge manager and staff have the right to refuse entry or to ask guests to leave. This is at the discretion of the Lounge staff. In such cases, a refund would not be available.

The lounge also expects reasonable behavior from all its guests - lounge staff do have the right to not let someone in, or to ask them to leave, if they have any concerns. In such cases, a refund wouldn't be available.

  • Bradley International Airport (BDL): Post Security near Gate 1.

  • Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG): Concourse B near Gate B22.

  • Greenville Spartanburg International Airport (GSP): Main passenger terminal. Turn right after security.

  • Minneapolis Saint Paul International Airport (MSP): Mezzanine level, T1, above the entrance to Concourse E.

  • Oakland International Airport (OAK): Terminal 1, across from Gate 9, between Gates 8 and 8A.

  • T.F. Green International Airport (PVD): Just past Gate 18.

  • Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX T3): Located in Terminal 3, Mezzanine level next to Passage by Hudson and Phoenix Airport Museum Gallery.

  • Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX T4): Located in Terminal 4, across from Gate B22, upper level.

  • Rhode Island T. F. Green Airport: Located in the main terminal just past Gate 18. Use the marked elevator or stairs to access the lounge.

  • Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO): After the Security Checkpoint, the lounge is located in the connector between Concourses B and C.

  • Sacramento International Airport – Terminal A (SMF): After the Security Checkpoint, turn left and walk towards the A Gates. The lounge is located on the left next to Gate A10.

  • Sacramento International Airport – Terminal B (SMF): After the Security Checkpoint, the lounge is located immediately to the left.

Your booking entitles you to a single visit for the entire calendar day booked in the Escape Lounges from the time of booking or walk-in until the closing time of the lounge.

Our opening times are planned around typical flight times. We open bright and early with lounge time varying by location. Please check the individual lounge pages for details.

Menus vary at every location as they are prepared by local chefs with the local community’s taste in mind. We serve small plates that include Brioche French Toast, Baked Salmon, Chorizo Frittata and Butter Croissants – just to name a few. Don’t worry, you’re always welcome to go back for seconds… or thirds.

Yes – we are able to provide a range of gluten free items. Simply ask staff on arrival.

Yes, we welcome passengers who are simply transferring through the airport. Our Escape Lounge is available to provide a space to recharge and relax before your next flight.

Yes, our high-speed wireless Internet is separate from the airport's access and it is free of charge.

Free Wi-Fi, charging stations, print capabilities, and more.

We do not currently allow reservations for special occasions.

We provide a range of complimentary magazines and newspapers for use in the lounge by our guests. We also have a large screen television which will be displaying news programs.

Escape Lounges are open to all passengers, regardless of airline or credit card affiliation. Bookings for groups over 6 persons are not permitted.

We allow complimentary access to all U.S. Escape Lounges for American Express' Platinum Card® Members.

We accept the admittance of service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Click HERE for more information.

Please note, emotional support animals are not considered service animals under the ADA.

Standby passengers, including airline or industry employees traveling on discounted tickets, are not eligible to utilize the lounge unless they have received a boarding pass showing a confirmed seat or zone assignment.
