BCPS Online Summer Camp Application (Directions Below)

Please read before you apply:

1. Write down your application number from the pop-up box after you enter your child's name and student number.

2. If you get kicked off, wait 15 minutes. Restart your application.3. Select the "Update Registration"4. Input the application number provided on page 1 at the top left corner.5. If you are stuck on page 4 of the application, make sure you fill in the first line of "Authorized pickup" for both the home phone and cell phone fields.

1. Ensure you provide a monitored email address. Updates and communication regarding your child’s application to the program will arrive via email.

2. Review all sections carefully, as some information has changed due to COVID-19.

3. Fill out the application completely. You will need your child’s Student Number, School Name, SBBC personnel number (staff only).

4.Must readSchool Board Operated Parent Handbook prior to registration.

5. Initialing all the items on the last page of the registration form acknowledges you have read and agree to the items in the Parent Handbook (For School Board Operated Programs).

6. Sign the page by typing your first and last name where indicated.

7. You will receive an email within three business days from your program’s childcare supervisor, informing you if the student has been accepted into the program or placed on the waitlist. (For School Board Operated Programs).

8. All communication will include your application number. Please make note of it.

10. If the student is accepted, you will need to make your payment in the e-Store (For School Board Operated Programs).

11. If the student is put on a waitlist, the supervisor will contact you when space becomes available.

12. If you have any questions, please contact your school and speak with the childcare supervisor.

*This is an application and does not guarantee enrollment in the program.A new application MUST be completed yearly. Use update button to update information on a completed or continue an application.
